yes.. and so crim pro grp result was out.. our grp did a great job! in these 3 years.. i've worked with grps with completely different styles... some, we split the work, some we started late.. some we started early and finish early. some we kept encountering problems.. like mbs. some we have to do more work.. my crim pro grp is something new.. cause.. we started early.. and almost every single thing we do as a grp.. and i realise it saves time.. 4 brains doing 1 thing.. also less stress.. i was initially worried abt the length.. cause this is the shortest report i've done.... now all this are over! =D a sigh of relief from everyone. lol! i cldn't sleep the night before.. then 6th floor is the 1st place i dashed to.. and took a photo of the results like i've always did.. and ask who wanted to noe.. cause i noe alot of them have their.. erm.. 'self-declared no sch day'...

had dory at mensa.. shared with mad.. cause we wanna go bistro for dessert.. SEE! i cant resist temptation anymore.!!!! omg....

mloct was great with mr looi.. he was really helpful.. so the deliverable was done quite quickly.. so.. it was still damn early for mad, lyn and kim.. for the law investiture.. so we went tm for fun.. kim split. mad had cake.. we accompanied her... then we just walked around aimlessly.. went to mad's paradise. the shop that sells disney character stuff.. met kim in the toilet. (like wat a place to meet!?) went to take bus together back to sch.. and decided last min to go law investiture. just for the sake of being there... paris and i were like commenting at the back of the lt.. and i found myself in a 'market gone wrong' (market is like describing the noise by teachers.. now.. imagine a market gone wrong)

had the refreshment while we talk crap and laugh.. HAHAHAA! KIM! u r damn funny! i enjoyed! =D

crim pro proj results out.. outside staff room.. i haven check.. cause i just came home and checked the announcement.

one thing that shocked me was "in pari materia" being a common mistake made by most.. from year 1.. where we were given a precedent and a scenario.. we were taught "in pari materia" being similar material facts. however.. now that we are in year 3.. i was shocked by wat mr mat said.. that in pari materia is only used to compare statutes.. or watever that is...

and guess wat.. we used in pari materia in our proj.. i can see my grave nearer. and he just dun wanna post on blackboard.. so tml.. i'm going to go up to the 6th floor to see my own grave. very nice eh?

oh and guess wat.. i was stuck in a traffic jam this morning.. the bus stayed stationary for 1hour + and when the bus finally moved. i found out that it was an accident. leaving pool of blood on the road.. i guess they spent 1 hour clearing the accident.. but i was on time for class! lucky!

on a brighter note..we went to lunch at pizza hut.. and watched HARRY POTTER with aidah, paris, sham, dian and aishah.. the movie was awesome.. emma watson is damn pretty.... rupert was like super cute and funny.. not appearance cute but.. u noe.. the way he talks.. and daniel radcliff was funny after he drank the liquid luck.. LOL! and guess wat. .i didn't cry! and they were scolding me like how can i not cry! and i have no feelings all.. and when aishah was sniffing and all i went "are u like, crying?" HAHAHAAHAHAH! sorry.. it was sad.. but i didn't cry.. its their 2nd time.. and udring their 1st time. they cried like crazy.. and its my 1st time. i didn't.. i thought i will cry.. cause i cry easily.. but i was surprised that i didn't..

then we went bakerzin for cheesecake! shared with aidah... cause i dun wanna eat too much.. then they left.. went to walk around with aidah.. to kill time..

CPA and mloct test are over!

mloct test was horrible... anyway.. its over last saturday.. and guess wat.. i didn't noe sihua left for australia on saturday.... someone msg my old no.. and i didn't see it.. i'm sorry sihua! i miss u!

AHHHHHHHHHH! i feel so freaking bad now..

studied for cpa on tues with aidah.. but i just can't memorize... its like.. so little stuffs.. yet lots to memorize. so i was damn stress... with everything. now that cpa is over.. there is civ pro to tackle.. tml is andy boi lecturing.. confirm boring.. but me, as a good student.. shall attend the lec.. cause i have something to look forward to.. HARRY POTTER! like finally.. i can miss any other movies.. but NOT harry potter.. =D can't wait! and also the fact that apel is over.. O.V.E.R..

there are long overdue photos.. which i am very lazy to upload.. i will do that tml or something... the reason why i'm here updating is cause aidah wants me to see if i can update.. cause she can't.. eh aidah! i think our honeymoon period is long gone.. HAHAHAHAHAH!

and also.. eclipse today! its rather disappointing that Singapore can't see the eclipse.. the first thing i did when i woke up was.. to switch the tv on.. to watch the eclipse 'live'.. the sun was covered by the moon completely at abt 9 ++am.. which i think was cool.. though its JUST darkness.. but.. this once in a while thing.. amuses me..

but.. mloct test is this saturday. its horrible.. once crim pro is done.. i'm like so relieved.. now u want me to study? i tried studying while waiting for aidah today.. failed badly.. i am going to rewrite yet another time for the notes.. cause i have to SQUEEEEEZE everything into the 2 sheets of paper..

friday was a loooong day! cpa lec at 9am... then i slacked in ilaw cause kim shit didnt go lec and she cldn't wake up.. so we met at bedok at 1pm.. the trip to anchorpoint was damnnnnnn loooong. my butt hurts.. there are alot of outlets there.. and kim went crazy.. i didnt get the shirt.. cause the white one they have is different from the one i like.. kim was being such a shopaholic.. lol! then.. i was late to meet aidah... sorry! hend was later! lol!

aidah felt like a girl on friday cause she was wearing heels.. "u look nice".. "NO! i feel like a girl!" HAHAHAHA!

then we went lau pa sat! for satay!!

SUPREME COURT VISIT WAS DAMN AWESOME! other than the killer heels..

went tamp1 for lunch with class ppl and rabia. then we travelled down to court together! =D

i shall emphasize that my heels killed my feet.. i need new court shoes.. badly..

the guided tour was a-ok.. the history lane was boring.. cause basically we had more than enough time to walk thru the lane numerous times while waiting.. but no. she guided us thru.. AH.. that one was boring. then we went to one of the tech courtroom.. i think its damn cool.. there was this roleplay of a trial.. which was damn freaking funny.. cause the scripts were verbatims.. so all the *yes. yes.. erm.. * repeats.. they said it out.. lol! and the counsels had to ask like 1 whole para and all the witness had to do was "yes." and YES! i sabo-ed kim to be defence counsel. reason? i wanna laugh.. HAHHA!

after that.. they showed us REAL CRIME SCENE EVIDENCES.... omg. .its a murder.. with pics of the corpse.. bloody and ewww.. naked and all.. the autopsy one was disgusting.. cause.. i think they open up the head and stomach area.. omg.. and alison had to say that the limbs looked like ."sweet potato".. HAHAHAHA! and after all the photos. .i said "i'm hungry"... HAAHAHAHAH!

we wanted to sit in a court of appeal hearing.. but.. aiya... finished.. but the lawyers were still there.. i like their robe.. its like.. omg.. maybe i will work harder for the chance to put on the robe.. HAHAHAHAHAH!

after the court visit, we went new york new york to meet up with esther and alyssa to celebrate the pest's bday.. we were supposed to surprise her on monday.. and the way we plan to surprise is to distract her.. we said we will celebrate her bday on tues after court visit.. so she will assume that monday we wont do anything... yes.. and guess wat. at the end of the day.. THE PEST WENT HOME! OMG! FAILED FAILED FAILED! btw.. we thought of this idea in the toilet.. century square toilet.. the one with the sofa. HAHAHAHAAHAHHA!

ok this one was funny. cause alyssa was trying to take pictures of the dessert.. and we had to wait and wait.. then she complain "someone shake the table!!" and esther immediately went "ok everyone hands off the table!" and so.. we did. HAHAHA! otherwise.. no need to eat already.. HAHAAHAHA!

i look damn freaking white.. ok its the sun.. really

exactly 1 month ago! lol! and we wore the same shirt.. HAHAHAAHAHA! different bottom.. lol!

we r missing aidah.. in the photo...its our 1 month anniversary.. HAHAHAHAHA!

me, aidah, paris, rabia, hend and shaun went bakerzin for their last day of promotion.. and so we were waiting for them to take order.. then when the waitress finally came, there was no more sliced cake left.. so they asked if we want the whole cake.. small one.. then we asked "how much is it?"

the waitress left to check.. and came back "we dun have the small one, what abt the big one.. its for 12 ppl" (then we have some discussions. then asked how much is it) she left to check the price yet again.... and came back with the price.. so we said ok.. the cake is JUST THERE! all she have to do is slice it.. and i guess they took 20mins to slice it.. like maybe measure how many degree then slice all.. then when the cake finally came.. OMG! each person's cake were like 2X the size of the 1 slice ones.. plus a little bit more.. omg.. its like a main course already lah! so we talk and slowly savour the cake.. its so damn awesome.. =)) and after that HUGE slice of cake.. i think i dun wanna eat cheesecake for another 2 weeks or 1 month.. HAHAHAHA! and hend is like made fun of for the whole cheesecake feast.. HAHAHAHA! "awesome movie with awesome person".. so we planned to tweet "awesome cheesecake with awesome ppl" HAHAAHAHA! and abt hend's man-crush.. mloct and civ pro handed in.. debate in class was ok....

5 hours break was spent, stoning, bejeweled blitz, fb-ing, badminton with aidah, helping ppl print.. and walking around.. badminton with aidah was FUN! =) the racket was heavy..... my hand went numb after that.. but i like sports! more of badminton pls, aidah!

i regret not consulting chia for civ pro.. now i'm worried.. darn..

bus 8 with lijun, lynette and cass.. and when we just boarded the bus, lijun got a call from sharifah that her wallet is with lijun and she needs it.. sooo.. even though lijun always ATTITUDE me, i was very nice to go back to sch with her.. k lijun u suck.. and she was totally crazy on the bus to tpy... talking to herself.. smelling her hair.. talking to the air.. like she just escaped mental hospital.. ok BUT! i still enjoy bus rides with u, k? HAHAHAHAHAHHA!

and now comes the part i'm pissed abt. my mum wanted to meet me at tpy to buy stuff at ntuc.. and so i smsed her saying i'm on my way there.. she said ok.. then when i was reaching, i smsed her again to inform her.. and she actually replied that she is going taka to buy stuff.. so.. i had to wait.. then i bought the stuffs and waited for her.. thinking we were having dinner together.. but no.. one hour later.. she called to say she reached... i seriously do noe wat i waited for.. she can go home directly from town.. and since i've already bought the stuffs. i can go too... not like she will help me carry... seriously.. some more i didn't have dinner.. she shld just inform me that she wont be eating and ask me to go home first.. i jsut had to waste 1 hour of my life after i've wasted 5 hours in the afternoon.. 6 hours.... -.-..

ok.. i failed civ pro.. though its expected.. but i'm still sad..

next! went bbq chicken with aidah, hend, nas and shaun! i love 'jerk bbq'.. then we decide to have dessert.. we walked to swensens to see if there's the 1-for-1 dessert but it ends at 2pm.. so.. we went bakerzin.. the first thing i saw was "50% of new york cheesecake".. so we went in! 1 cheesecake costs $3+.. so i shared one with aidah.. and it was heaven.. and after shaun decided to have a second one.. aidah and i decided to have a 2nd one too! so basically we had 1 each.. but we just had to be soooo loving to share it.. =) AWW~! AND GUESS WAT! the 5 of us had 7 plates of cheesecake! i think its really damn awesome! it ends 30 june! so u all shld go try it too!

then we went to walk around tamp 1.. and aidah went "lets go ZEAL".. (its a lingerie shop btw) so i went in with her. .and she commented on G-strings, and looking for the one with the hole for erm.. u noe wat.. and one which made her go "ooh kinky!" (imagine her horny face when she said that) HAHAHAHAHAHA!

and we will be playing badminton tml! cause of the awfully long break for me.. i jsut had to be a good girl and go to the 9am lecture.. -.-

i need to accept the fact that holidays are ending.. like NO MORE HOLS! until next year.. the fact that we will be experiencing the real working world in like 2-3months. this is damn fast.. wearing formal, squeezing on the bus with other working adults.. experience how lee&lee is like.. in a way its according to plan.. cause after joo toon, which is like a really tiny firm.. i wanna try a big firm and indeeeeed.. BIG firm.. i'm scared....

AH! 1 more day to the start of hell.. 9am.. omg.. anyway. i finished Absolute Boyfriend! jap show that was from a manga.. which i loved... this show is quite cute. its very different from the manga but its really nice in a way that... the way the robot smiles and talks.. damn funny! alyssa is gonna watch too! then we can laugh together.. AHHAAH! sooo..... aidah will take the loop back to pasir ris and i will change to 31 from parkway.. making use of our concession.. HAHAHAAHAH! so fun eh? we took 20++ mins to parkway.. but aidah took.. almost an hour to reach pasir ris.. HAHHHAH! aidah, its cause u r on it.. thats why the bus so slow.. HAHAHHA!

and aidah made me smile like a idiot on the bus while i text her,. HAHA! this is damn retarded.. smiling to myself.. omg. this is like.. crazy.. so not me. HAHAAH!

my mum is being an irritant now.. 4 days. i've accompanied her for 4 days.. man.. that is long......

and she jsut have to be irritating and nag at me when i'm doing my work.. such good timing... seriously..

ok.. let me talk abt her embarrasing me yesterday.. during lunch, we went amk hub food court.. then i went to buy food.. and found the stuff of a person next to me on the seat next to me.. so its like so called my boundary.. cause they have the divider thingy.. so, my mum started complaining to me abt how the woman not putting her stuffs on her seat next to her.. and must put it at our space.. so.. blah blah blah. .then i went to buy drinks.. and realised the person put their tray on our side.. so.. my mum actually went to put OUR tray on their side.. OMG! this is so childish and embarrasing.. cause they really have ppl coming to join them.. at that point of time i dunno where to hide sia.... cant believe my mum actually did something childish.. AHHHH!

anyway.. my mum just scolded me for my May phone bills... she asked why is it 50+ and asked me to show her April's/ which i haven take from the letterbox.. she dun use her brain... seriously.. she haven paid April's. obviously they will bring forward RIGHT?! OMG!!!! i shan't waste my breath arguing with her.. its hard to have intellectual talks with her... cause she will make comments without thinking thru it first.. and cause she NEVER apologizes if she scolded wrongly.. so.. i dun bother listening..

today is stay home be a good girl day.. and mummy suddenly suggested to go johor.. so.. WE WENT!

the trip is long but convenient.. firstly we took bus to bishan mrt, then took mrt to kranji mrt.. lastly, we took 170 to johor... the custom at malaysia is so so so so so lame.. they r wasting space! and cause its so freaking big, with less than 30% of the space used... they r wasting electricity also.. and.. we have to go ONE WHOLE BIG ROUND just to get to the middle part where we need to present our passport.. omg.. not practical AT ALL! gosh!

anyway.. lunch at city square! went to kim gary.. had some noodle with satay soup base... the wanton is damn damn damn damn nice.. and the soup is quite special.... then we ordered.. salmon & prawn baked rice.. SUPER AWESOME AND WORTH IT! so we shopped around.. then we went old town coffee shop for white coffee! damn awesome!

then we shop again.. but we didn't buy much lah.. we will go there some other time soon!

and i've done 2 pages for the orientation booklet! ok.. thats like nth lah.. sian..

to fully utilise my concession, i went to school to meet aidah and the awesome ppl.. lata, alyssa, remy, lijun, gl,. LOL! lijun! ur group is scaring me.. SERIOUSLY!

then.. lunch at qi ji.. THEN! here comes the ADVENTURE OF LAW FIRM HUNTING!!!

take 10 from tamp to suntec. walk to esplanade, somewhere.. along the river.. i dunno.. then we reach prudential place.. walked to raffles place, then to cecil street.. where aidah, sham and dian's firms are... then we saw the oh so awesome building where Lee&lee USED TO be at.. BUT NO! they had to downgrade.. -.- we walked all the way to tanjong pagar mrt.. and had to rest at starbucks.. then we walked to MAS.. then i realised.. no it can't be.. so we used aidah's oh so awesome gps on her phone.. and yes. indeed.. we turned back and found the oh so ULU uic building where lee&lee is.. OMG! the firm was once on a nice tall capital tower.. now.. ulu ulu ulu U.L.U ULU BUILDING! if i was a lawyer at lee&lee, and knowing that it will be moved to that ulu building.. i will quit..

THEN! we wanted to take a bus back to raffles place.. only to realised that we can actually take a shortcut at lau pa sat.. the journey from raffles place to my firm. we took 1 hour plus.. we took shortcut.. 15mins.. WAH LAO! my shoulder hurt like nobody's business cause AIDAH asked me to bring laptop. which i used only for 10 mins. to tweet abt the adventure..

and the day ended after we found out that hend's firm is jsut by the boat quay! so we sat there by the river and talk. watched the beautiful sunset..

i have to say.. its definitely a memorable 1 week wedding anniversay with aidah.. =) lots of walking, long bus ride.. adventure.. and ends of with a beautiful sunset. .so romantic!

WAS SUPPOSE to go ikea for the fantastic meatball. bUT! due to a delay for esther's and alyssa's interview, we had to eat at tamp 1 cause esther yeoyeoyeo had to leave early.. EEYER! and because of that.. remy didn't join us.. but he very nice.. lol! he said his promise remains! =)

had lunch at thai express with aly, esther and yuren.. lunch was AWESOME! but to esther its like.. every minute of it is a torture.. LOL! we had animal planet.. and yuren JOINED IN! LOL!

after that.. alyssa and i went to look for SAT stuff. and saw this book with vocabs and they are illustrated with comics! lol!

i screwed the freaking civ pro paper.

i studied.. and i noe how to do.. but all that flipping, throwing the book on the floor and tiny table which was burried under the rules of court.. made me lost track of time.. and i seriously thought i have 10 more mins... i expected "10 more mins".. to caution us abt the time.. but no.. when i was halfway thru.. ok.. left with 3 qns costing me 19 out of 40 marks.. ms yu said "its 11.20.. time up stop writing. " i totally stunned.. literally.. this is the first ever ever ever time i was stunned.. knowing that i noe how to do the qns.. i couldn't.. i, for the first time in my entire life.. cried immediately after the paper.. disappointments.. and more disappointment.. first test of year 3 screwed up.. like really badly.. bad start of the year.. i wanted to write some words when she said stop writing. but unfortunately.. she is directly in front of me.. say how suay that is..

to make things worst.. my mum just had to push all the freaking blame on me.. even though she knew i studied.. its not good enough for her.. just have to be my fault.. mine! ALL MINE! but.. i do not study for her. i study for myself.. i no longer cares abt her expectations..

anyway.. mloct project is done. D.O.N.E done,.. the printing was damn tiring.. we ran from itas, to engine, to design, to lib, to design, to itas again.. and we ran all the way to mr looi's office... its really rush hour.. 7 mins to deadline.. that is damn late.. latest for me..

cause mr chia will be away during our break, i decided to print and file during tut. and i dislike the library printer.. the people there suck.. seriously.. firstly.. i was printing.. then she actually paused our printing to photocopy for someone who came in after us. this is unfairness.. so that was wat pissed no 1. then the whole printing place was flooded with humans. so i let the person count my paper.. then when i take out my cash, she left to argue with some guys trying to tell her to photocopy their appendix from the handbook.. she kept insisting that she can't cause engine is selling this book.. so she cannot.. then the guys very desperately ONLY freaking wants the last few pages.. which is like a project form.. u noe like those group member's name and all.. ya that kind of form.. so the lady was having a brainless argument with the 2 desperate guys who needed the appendix for project.. apparently she dun understand.. this is super pathetic.. so another lady came. .so i gave her the $1.60.. and said counted already. and she said "wait, i count". seriously wtf is her problem.. she is just freaking wasting my time!

and so i filed my writ with mr chia.. and i think the tutors need to coordinate.. cause.. different teacher different instructions.

oh btw.. i went tennis with aidah and shamini yesterday! i love it! lol! ran like a mad person.. lol! i think laughing is the thing that made me tired.. lol! i feel healthy.. =)

and i wld liek to comment on aidah's quiz.. it ain't fair. the answers are not correct! there is the fav smell qn.. i chose bf's perfume cause of wat i read the other time.. and i even provided evidence.. but.. no matter wat.. i still love u! lol!

MLOCT tutor is jason dendruff!!! lol! he is super fast! 1 hour and the lesson ended.. compare the usual 3 hours to this.. not even half! plus. within the 1 hour, includes a short intro of himself. and the current cases he is handling. CAPITAL cases!!!! 2 murder 1 drug if i am not wrong. i think he is freaking cool.. he created a good 1st impression.. and i like the fact that he is giving paralegals a huge role.. like he kept emphasizing the importance of paralegal.. but thats not my aim of course..

hello world! no i am not feeling happy or wat.. and i have nth much to blog abt.. but in order for u guys to read something.. I'm here!

anyway.. yesterday was like the first time i worked for 5 hours straight from the minute i came home.. i was asking around for the statement of special damages and particulars of special damages.. everyone having different versions.. so the safest is.. DO BOTH! so now i have both.. i remembered doing loads of editting to my previous WOS and SOC.. but apparently.. .. and cause of the statement of SD.. then i heard particulars of SD also can.. so i undo.. then in the end i forgot wat i editted... then in the end i felt it was safer to do both.. otherwise i have no time to change.. i forgot wat i editted!!! how!?! k never mind i shall read it thru one last time.. i'm quite scared that my stuff dun make sense and kana shoot by the defence counsel.. lol!

well.. crim pro.. 3 days. THREE QUARTER PAGE... haiz.... i wonder how hend write a 20 page essay..

oh and i wanna complain. AC uplaoded the lec notes 1 freaking hour before the lec.. so we went late.. cause we were busy printing. and i wasn't even listening in the lec.. halfway thru the lec.. ppl said that the electives results are out! so mad, ZL, lyn, cleone and i went out of the lec to check our results.. YEAH I GOT MY 1ST CHOICE! advance civil pro and arbitration!!!!!! if only there is advance crim pro.. it will definitely be my first choice.. lol!

oh.. and i think i gained weight. snacking, meals after meals.. fast food. sweet drinks. late dinner.. minimal exercise.. gosh.. this is not right.. i will NOT bounce back to my old self.. quote from aidah "this is not normal!" HAHHAAAH!

i shall blog abt seoul garden!!! LOL!

initially, i'm supposed to go seoul garden with the 04 ppl.. but... like wat happens everytime... ppl cant make it.. so we cancelled... then after my class.. aidah, hend they all wanted to go carl's junior. but shaun suggested seoul garden cause its like a few more bucks and we get to eat alot more.. lol!

so we persuaded aidah.. cause she couldn't stand the smell there. she finally gave in! and we had our first lunch after a long long long time.. lol! i was telling her abt having candlelight lunch.. so seoul garden is like best.. cause we dun need a candle. there is a stove there! lol!

sham, nas, hend, aidah, shaun and i happily went to seoul garden! we ate like hungry ghost for 3 hours..! omg! lol! non stop.. we kept getting the meat stuff.. and i got splattered by the oil a couple of times..

and aidah being really weird. have to burn every single food.. like prawn. crabstick, sausage.. and the CLAM which i cooked in the soup already.. she scoop the meat out and burn it.. so.. everyone was like cooking and putting food on aidah's plate.. lol!

2L04 08/09 SENTOSA OUTING!!! it rained in the morning.. but! it stopped! and the weather was cooling and awesome... lol! we played rugby at the small island.. then there were some disgusting indian men.. who went into the sea in their underwear.. and their actions totally grossed us out.. so we crossed the bridge and went back to the other side. lois surprisingly came! but she didn't bring extra clothes.. so she sat in the shade and chat with lata. we went into the sea. and was totally grossed out by the seaweeds.. cause they r slimy.. and there r loads of them.. my feet felt as if its trapped by the seaweeds... but after that. we collected the seaweeds and made these..!!! lol! i was watching "the biggest loser" on channel 5.. its about 2 teams of family who are really fat.. really really fat.. and they r competing to see which team loses the most weight.. firstly they will have intense training exercises at the place.. then they will go home and after a few months.. have a weigh-in.

i feel so so inferior.. the way they exercise... no matter how heavy they r.. they run, train watever... and lose like half their size!??!?!
i feel so inferior cause they have better stamina than me... gosh... so so inferior. i will aim.... aim to be able to run that much.. and all these are just talk.. sch is starting.. i will never run.. how to train stamina?
maybe i can run around the tennis court when we play tennis.. not a bad idea.. cause i always find myself ultra active while playing tennis. =D
