Client interview practice for the week before was crazy. We failed, cause i seriously can't handle divorce client.... like seriously... the moment he came in... i was like shit what am i going to say?Divorce matter is really getting on my nerves.. I don't want to handle family matters in the future...... Client interview last practice this week was awesome! haha... mainly because i don't have to see a emotional client in front of me... this time a contract matter... MUCH EASIER!!!!haha... from a fail grade to an B+ A- grade... SEE, the subject matter do make a huge difference....

LCOM assessment was... average/bad... didn't noe wat content to include.... was stuck for some time... And i'm getting more and more interested in criminal law each lesson.... I seem to understand better than TORT and LSM..... Tort is totally horrible until now.... LSM is confusing at times....

Next tuesday is the client interview practicum.. the real thing... shit... personal injury... what to ask!!!!! How to do the small talk????
Wednesday is moot parliament.... SO EARLY!!!!!!

Exams' coming..... which means christmas is coming.... shld i be happy or sad....

I think i'm exploding!! no.. not fat till explode.. but stress.... 1st thing, tort law... problem based learning really sucks... esp when you have a teacher who doesn't answer your critical qns.... if you ask, how do i do this? or some other qns, he will go one huge round and never come back... he never come back to the point.... so cool right?

tuesday, Mr J had relapse of food poisoning... no sch the whole day... to think i got up so darn early... reach sch... then was being informed that class was cancelled... then went out with girlfriends and remy... RAMENTEN is awesome!!!! but their spicy is not spicy enough... i had to put sooooo much more chilli powder for it to become hot... or maybe its because of the rain ... cold weather and stuff... missed one lab session... ended up.. dunno how to do pre-lab... got help after that.. but it still sucks...

sociology was BORING!!!! at least i have my primary sch friend... told her not to wear heels.... but she still wore!!! idiot... lcom in the afternoon... ok... interviewing is scary... SCARY!!!! Mr J was saying i have potential to be a bitchy client... how surprising!!! hahaha... but interviewing the client was really scary... with Mr J as a client.. + in front of the whole class...

thursday.... holiday... slacked... did pre-lab... forgot all abt lsm until night... confused... not in clear state of mind... did some... SOME... everytime i think abt tort... i felt like killing myself....

tort lec was a waste of time.... dun feel like elaborating..... but its not what it was said as important at all.... woke up so early for a redundant lec... lsm... was ok.. teacher was great... we were rude.. making a hell lot of noise.. i feel that its unfair for the teacher.. if u get what i mean.. yeah... its cool that we get to dismiss early everytime... she kept to her promise... at least..

Sch's alright... but the most irritating part was speanding more than half of my allowance PRINTING stuffs... and binding.... its stupid... plus.. we had to queue up as there were dozens of other students squeezing into the small printing shop.... hardly able to move around.... and we have a whole load of stuffs to print that i need to split into 2 days in order to finish it... and guess what i lost my precious thumbdrive!!!!!!(not that its expensive.. but in poly.. without thumbdrive.. more or less handicap) how i lost it? i was printing stuff in the morning... then blah blah.. others told me to help them to print... so i went to printer shop.. i got back my thumbdrive (100% confirm)... then after i arrive in the research lab.. i didn't realise until someone asked me to help them print.. TA-DAH!! i lost it! woots.. must have dropped it... fortunately, we haven started on our projects... otherwise.. i would have gone crazy!!!! got my old mp3 as a replacement...

ok.. classes... crim law, tort law, lcom (lab) is not bad... Mr J was in a good mood i guess...
Crim law lec sucks... teacher was pacing left and right.. made me dizzy... and he went out of tune 15 times in a 1hour lec! WOW!!! and he doesn't want to adjust his specs which looked like its dropping... i was looking forward to crim law.. but it turned out to be boring.... its sad.. hope Mr J's tut will keep my interest going... micro was ok.... understood most of it... considering that i was hungry and tired.... and lcom tut was cancelled... cause mr j was having food poisoning.. it so happened that nicole, vanny, serene and I were at subway when we got the news... we plan to go hang out somewhere immediately... and we went marina square to watch The Seeker, and window shopped...nic was suppose to get a top.. from marina to raffles.. she didn't get anything.. we ended up queueing for donuts!!! hahaha... bought some... but didn't manage to buy spicy cheese... haiz....

then came friday!!! tort lec was helpful in certain ways, lcom lec was abt interviewing client.. i found it ultra difficult.... considering i will get ultra duper nervous... not eloquent and dunno what questions to ask... shit... and during our exams.. our client is Mr J.... NIGHTMARE!!!!!

and yeah we got simon again for microecons tut... he is not bad... but he will ask how we got the answer... i didn't do my tut... and i don't noe why mortgage interest rate affect the demand curve.. buit i noe why the other 4 choices are not the answer.. so i managed to explain it.. hahaha awesome...

LSM TUT.. the new teacher is a teacher in ngee ann poly teaching law... she's good.... made everyone ultra enthu... and encouraging... so yeah... like the new teacher... we were sooo efficient that we ended at 4.50pm... 1hr 10min earlier... WOOTS.. love that most...
